Eating Clean (most of the time)
I eat a ton of whole fruits and vegetables

Bananas, berries

Avocados, carrots, tomatoes

Green smoothies (blending whole foods counts!)

I love oatmeal and cinnamon
I eat quality proteins and whole grains

I do indulge on occasion, but always in moderation
I practice, but I don't preach

I'm not a nutritionist, so I will not tell you what you should do

But I do choose to live a certain lifestyle and eat a certain way
