I'm neither nutritionist nor masterchef, but I am a healthy eater and I always make time to enjoy life.

Eating Clean (most of the time)

I eat a ton of whole fruits and vegetables

  • Bananas, berries

  • Avocados, carrots, tomatoes

  • Green smoothies (blending whole foods counts!)

I love oatmeal and cinnamon

 

I eat quality proteins and whole grains

I do indulge on occasion, but always in moderation

I practice, but I don't preach

  • I'm not a nutritionist, so I will not tell you what you should do

  • But I do choose to live a certain lifestyle and eat a certain way

  • You're welcome to see what I do and give it a try

  • And if you need motivation, I'm always up for that
